Data Resources Corporation (herein referred to as "DRC") values your privacy and makes every effort to respect your wishes, business information, and any personal information that has been provided to us in the course of conducting business with us.

Information we may collect: It is our policy to only request and store information that is deemed necessary to conduct business with you which would include sales from us to you and technical support and services provided to you.  We typically only store permanently information such as company name, address, business phone numbers, fax numbers, contact names, email address, and information about any computer and network related equipment you have that is needed or helpful in allowing us to support you adequately when requested.  Any other data that is sent to us for support purposes will only be kept until the support case is closed.  We do not permanently store case specific data coming from your Answers software, nor is this data ever provided to third parties without your consent.  We will also gladly remove any information we have stored for you upon request via email at: support@drcanswers.com other than what is required by us for billing and collection purposes.

Personal Information: We do not request any personal information such as personal or cell phone numbers.  We may occasionally store such numbers but only if provided to us as a requested call-back number.  Such numbers are never used for marketing or promotional purposes nor are they ever sold to third-parties.  We currently do not initiate text/SMS messages.  We may reply via text/SMS if (a) initiated by you, or (b) if you have requested us text/SMS you as opposed to a phone call or email.  However note that most correspondence between DRC and our customers is more involved and does not lend itself to text/SMS messages.  Texting to and from DRC goes thru our VOIP system provider.  No mobile cell phone information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we may share:  We may be required to provide some of this stored information about your company to our vendors such as when you purchase new or updated software developed by companies other than us for which we act as a reseller.  Typically the information required to register your software with these companies is limited to company name, address, primary phone number, primary fax number, primary contact(s), and primary email addresses.  We never share sensitive information such as personal or cell phone numbers or login credentials with any third-parties, nor do we ever share any contact information with others for the sole purpose of marketing or promotions.

Updates: We may periodically update this policy as business conditions warrant.  If that occurs, we will make such changes known to your via our website or email notifications.
