Older versions of AcuXDBC drivers (such as 10.3.0) were unable to read the newly rebuilt ODBC/XDBC dictionaries and catalogs resulting in a “corrupted or out of date” error on the GENESIS tables.  These dictionaries and catalogs were rebuilt using an older version the Runtime and AcuXDBC in hopes to make them more backwards compatible with older versions.

Changed Order Entry so that if the Terms was changed on the Totals tab to a Terms code that indicates an Alternate Bill-To (“A” in the 4th digit), the default Bill-To Customer # will default back onto the order or quote provided that one is setup on the customer involved.

The emailing of quotes was confusing on Prospects between sending the quote as usual versus sending it as a “Follow-Up” which is new in this release. Customers worked as designed.  Prospects were working backwards.  Now the sending windows knows which way you are trying to send it (as usual or as a “Follow-Up”.

No tabs were showing up in the Order Approval & Review program if there were no configured reasons requiring approval by default.  But the problem came about when even though the default Credit Security was set to a value other than Medium, but some customers were set to Medium, making the Credit Approval tab necessary to approve those orders going on hold even though the default credit security was not Medium.

Changed Price Exception Maintenance and Price Exception/Schedule Import to read the Answers User Profile and if an Operator Code has been entered on the user’s profile that is setting up the Price Exception to default that code as the Operator’s initials on the Exception record instead of the first 3 letters of the user’s login name.  It will still default to the first 3 letters of the user’s login name if no Operator Code is entered on the Answers User Profile.

Enlarged the Unit Price and Unit Cost fields to hold more integer digits on exports.  Previously left-most digits could be truncated when 4-decimal costing and pricing was enabled. This was not a problem with 2-decimal costing and pricing.

Corrected a “Linkage” error when trying to run a Financial Statement from within the Executive Information Center.  This was tied to the new option in Financial Statements that allow all zero amount lines to be excluded.  Therefore the Executive Information Center Options under the File pull-down menu bar also now offers an option to print all zero amount lines or exclude them.

Corrected a column display issue in the Bank Reconciliation program when the Deposits window was configured to run off of Bank Deposit Tickets as opposed to deposit type entries in G/L.
