If you plan to install your upgrade after hours such as in the evening, then select the following day as that is most likely when most of your questions or problems would arise.

Those upgrading on a weekend day, should select the following Monday as that is most likely when most of your questions or problems would arise, however note that Monday's are often the busiest days during the update season.
