Custom programming is available to change existing programs, create new programs, or even modify previous custom changes.  Custom programming services are available on a time and material basis.  Users who request custom programming are sent a Custom Programming Authorization to sign.  The authorization form lists the details of the changes and any stipulations that have been discussed for the programming.  Once the signed authorization is returned, the programming work is scheduled.  Programming is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.  However exceptions will be made in emergency, or deadline situations.  The authorizations do not specify a number of hours or a total charge amount for the programming changes.  All programming is billed based on the number of hours required to complete the requested change.

Custom programming services are generally offered from August until January.  During the remaining months, our efforts are concentrated on finishing the enhancements for our newest release of Answers.  However, if you have special circumstances or emergency situations, we will provide the custom programming to meet your needs.
