FAQ #: 113
When I print a report from the Archived Reports, it only prints on half the paper, leaving the bottom half of the paper blank.
The number of lines per page and the page breaks for a report is determined at the time the report is printed. When you print a report, the number of columns and the number of lines per page is shown on the right side of the Printer Selection window. The printer and font being used control these settings. If the report is selected for a printer with default settings of 66 lines per page, then when it is printed to the screen or printer initially, it is broken up into 66 lines per page. That is how it is stored. If you come back later and try to print from the archives, then it keeps the original page breaks that were determined for it.
In the Archived Reports Management, you can set the default (or for each report if you wish), the default printer for that report. This will configure the default printer and the default number of lines per page. So, when that report is printed, these settings will default and the report will be stored with the correct number of lines for printing from the archives.
