Can I use UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager with Answers?
Yes. Refer to the documentation in either the online help for Answers, or on our website at www.drcanswers.com/support.htm for instructions on setting up the import and export maps in the shipping software. Importing into either package uses the same file, upswout.csv. However, importing back into Answers uses two separate files: upswin.csv for UPS Worldship integration and fedexin.csv for FedEx Ship Manager integration.
Based on the filename it is importing, Answers will flag the tracking numbers appropriately and be able to provide the correct description on the invoices and invoice history display screens, as well as the appropriate right-click option for tracking.
