Why are the figures on the Financial Position tab not the same as the figures on the Daily Business Analysis display?
The figures on the Financial Position tab are "real-time" figures. Each time you access this tab, all of the totals are re-calculated. The figures on the Daily Business Analysis screen are calculated during the end-of-day processing (normally at night). The exception to this might be the Inventory Value figure. Some users have a large amount of inventory items and re-calculating the inventory value takes some time to complete so the Inventory Value can be set to be the end-of-day figure. This option is configurable under File > Executive Information Center Options.
