I get an "Unspecified Failure has occurred COBOL error in MAILWINX" program when trying to email a form out of Answers.
In most cases this is caused by a security setting in Windows. You can change this setting by going into the Control Panel-->System. Then go to the Advanced tab. Then inside the Performance frame click on the [Settings] button. Then click on the Data Execution Prevention tab. Then click on "Turn on Dep for essential Windows programs and services only". This is required in order to allow other programs such as Answers to submit emails through another email program such as Outlook Express. This will then require a reboot of the computer before it will go into effect.
