I am trying to convert a quote to an order and getting a message that says "One or more items have reached their quote quantity limit". Consequently I either do not have an order, or it does not contain all of the lines from my original quote.
From this message, it appears as if your system is configured to limit selling items on quotes to no more than the quoted quantity. This option can be found by going to System Manangment-->Answers Software Maintenance-->Answers Configuration. Click on the Order Processing tab. Then click on Edit on the menu bar, then on Advanced Options. Scroll down towards to the end of the list and look for an option that reads "Limit Quote Pricing to Quoted Quantity in Order Entry?". With this option set to "No", you will be able to sell from the same quote repeatedly without any limitation as to quantities.
