FAQ #: 28
The columns on the detail tab in Purchase Order Entry are missing, too large, or too small, or I can only see one big column. How can they be fixed?

The columns on the detail tab in Purchase Order Entry are "resizable". If you place your cursor over the column dividers, in the row heading line, the cursor will turn to a cursor that looks like two straight lines. You can then click and drag the column dividers to resize the columns. Answers remembers the column settings by user, so that if you resize your columns, the next you come into Order Entry, it will go ahead and set them appropriately for your user.

Sometimes if a user has accidentally resized the columns too big or too small, or the screen does not appear to have any columns, you can restore The Answers default settings and that will allow Order Entry to return to it's normal column widths.

On the affected user's PC, start a new purchase order, or pull up an existing purchase order. Go to the Purchase Order Detail tab. From the menu toolbar, click on Options, then "Reset Grid Sizes to Default". This will remove the user settings and restore the Answers default column widths.
