Error 3901-3907; Invalid Format Errors
These errors mean that the data contained in your files is not in the format that the Answers program(s) is expecting it to be in. You would most likely experience an error like this if you incorrectly installed Answers programs that were either in a newer or older version of the files that you were using. Our annual software update programs "convert" your datafiles to put them into the proper format if the file layouts have changed. If you load software patches from our website without loading your annual update, or you accidentally load older programs over top of your annual update, you are likely to experience this error.
If you receive this error, please contact Data Resources Corporation with the program/application you are trying to use and the file name displayed in the error message.
