One of my customers/vendors is having trouble reading my faxes, what am I doing wrong?
Most likely nothing. VSI-Fax creates faxes in a format that should be readable by all receiving fax machines. However, in rare cases, the receiving fax machine may be older/slower and therefore unable to properly negociate with the modem sending the fax. This is simply a function of the fax machine and cannot be corrected in any way through the software.
