I tried to run the Detail Aging Report by Customer to calculate my service charges and received an error: Service Charge File Already Exists.
This error means that previously generated service charges are still on file in the register and have not yet been updated to the General Ledger. You will need to update the Service Charge Register before you can generate service charges for the previous month.
