Resizable Windows in Selected Key Programs

The past release of Answers introduced the concept of resizable Windows over and above the main Menu program to a few other key programs including:

Users can maximize a window (up to a maximum amount allowed by the Runtime and/or their monitor and resolution).  Users can also drag any window border horizontally to make a window wider, vertically to make a window taller, or drag a corner to make a window grow in both directions simultaneously.  The primary benefit of making these windows larger is on screens that show detail type information such as the Detail tab of the above mentioned entry programs.  As a window is enlarged horizontally, users can see more columns in a grid without having to scroll as much horizontally.   The same is true for the Task Reminder list and history.  As a window is enlarged vertically, users can see more lines of information at one time without having to scroll as much vertically.

Additionally, these programs will all "remember" their size (width and height) and screen position when they are closed and will return to the same position and size the next time they are used (provided it is on the same computer).  This allows users to set a size that shows them data important to them that they feel is comfortable to work with and have it remember and restore those settings each time they use the same program.

While this is a very simple feature to use, it may not have been obvious that it was now available in these programs unless users have read the Release Notice from last fall, therefore we wanted to be sure to make users aware of its availability and where.

This resizable feature will be added into additional windows and programs in future releases based on user suggestions and voting.  Of course there are many simpler and smaller windows that do not need nor would benefit from this feature, but there are other areas that can benefit from it as users start to see the advantages it can provide and provide feed-back on where else this could be useful.
