Print Due Dates on Pick Tickets and Invoices
A option is available to allow printing the Due Date on Pick Tickets and Invoices instead of just printing "Net 30 Days" or "Net 10 Days".
To accomplish this, use Codes File Maintenance to edit the description of the terms code you would like to show a due date. Codes File Maintenance is found under System Management > Answers Software Maintenance. In the description, enter some combination of mm/dd/yy where mm will be replaced by the month, dd by the day, and yy by the year. It is not necessary to enter all three parts of the date, or to include the slash... you could format it as mm-yy or even 30 Day Terms, Due the dd of mm if you wish. The program will look for mm dd and yy and fill in the numbers. While you are editing the format of your description, you may want to also verify that the settings are correct for number of days due and either day of the month of number of days setting is accurate as well, as these fields are used to calculate your due date.
