New Search Previous Feature in Invoice History, Open Orders, Quotes
New "Search Previous" options have been added to several inquiry and search windows including Invoice History, Open Orders/Returns, and Quotations tabs and windows in programs such as Customer Inquiry and Order Entry. The new "Search Previous" option is available in addition to the previously available "Search Next" options in these areas once an initial search has been started. This will allow backing up in case you advanced forward too far past the desired transaction for which you may have been looking and should be easier and faster than having to restart your search from the very beginning, especially in windows where there is a lot of history or transactions.
Just like with "Search Next" the "Search Previous" works with the many search options available when clicking on the main [Search] button to start a new search depending on what field you wish to use for searching.
The new "Search Previous" button will
be a small blue arrow icon
pointing to the left while the "Search Next" button has been
revised to be a small blue arrow icon
pointing to the right. These were changed to
distinguish them from the green "Go To" search button
fond to the right when wanting to start the search at a
particular invoice date or invoice number in tabs/windows
such as Invoice History.
